z-teca is a Canadian-owned, fast-casual, California-style Burrito concept. We opened our first location in Toronto in 2007, with the idea of serving high quality, fresh, healthy "new-age" Mexican food, such as two-handed Burritos, Salads, Tacos and Quesadillas, all made to order. We offer ingredients such as fat-free sour cream, whole wheat tortillas, all white chicken breast and trans-fat free oils, so your experience will be guilt free.

 There are no microwaves, no added MSG, no fillers and no other fast food tricks, just real, wholesome food, made fresh on the premises daily. We roast our own tomatoes and hand-make our own fresh salsas and guacamole from produce that is delivered fresh every day. We marinate our own meats and grill them right in front of you. Fast never tasted so good!
