Ryan’s early involvement in real estate began by working with his mentor and uncle; an avid Real Estate investor, buying and selling investment properties. It wasn't long before Ryan began purchasing his own investment properties in downtown Toronto. Ryan is a firm believer that real estate is about more than just physical structures; it's about community. Ryan believes in giving back to the community he lives in. In 2008 Ryan founded SHRED www.shredforyouth.com a local grassroots organization that helps build self-esteem and social competencies in at-risk youth. Ryan donates a portion of his commission cheque from each of his real estate transactions towards the organization and this has helped to create an amazing experience for all of the youth who have been involved.
