Marc Thuet's dream was of a place that would offer customers a sumptuous celebration of food, a place to experience all of the pleasures that cooking and eating can bring. Petite Thuet is the realization of that dream.
Each store is designed to evoke the feeling of a turn of the century Alsatian boulangerie, with a vast array of homemade products that lined the high walls but with a modern twist. Chef Thuet searches long forgotten recipes to create his handcrafted products and artisan foods, stocking the discoveries into his enchanting emporium.
