This impressive 72 storey, 2.7 million sq. ft. office, banking and shopping centre is home to some of the country’s most prestigious offices and businesses. The shopping centre, located on three levels at the base of the building, is a one-stop shopping destination with over 100 stores, services and restaurants and eateries. It is also home to a stimulating Arts & Events program that features over 300 promotional events annually.

First Canadian Place Arts & Events is committed to providing FREE arts programs to enrich the cultural lives of those who work in and live near by First Canadian Place.
On Stage
First Canadian Place offers downtown office workers and residents unparalleled access to public concerts and autograph signings by Canadian chart-toppers and international superstars, including Josh Groban, Harry Connick Jr., Johnny Reid, Jann Arden, Blue Rodeo, Nikki Yanofsky, Il Divo and Paul Potts.
Audiences are also treated to a spectacular and diverse range of free preview performances of top-billed theatrical productions, such as the Canadian Aboriginal Hoop Dancers, the National Chinese Acrobats, Opera Atelier and Rock of Ages.
In The Gallery
During lunch hour and after-five, downtowners can come to the FCP Gallery and meet television personalities, magazine editors and other lifestyle experts for exclusive presentations of the latest trends in fashion and beauty, food and drink, home décor, health and wellness, travel and leisure, art and more.
To make these events possible, First Canadian Place has partnered over the years with The JUNO Awards, HMV, Indigospirit, Universal Music, Luminato, Sony Centre for the Performing Arts, Mirvish Productions, AGO, ROM and numerous other cultural institutions.
Throughout the year, the FCP Gallery also hosts exceptional contemporary art exhibitions representing Canadian and internationally recognized contemporary visual artists. The FCP Gallery hosts large-scale openings and press conferences geared to the cultural community.
The FCP Gallery is open from Monday to Friday from 11 a.m.- 3:00 p.m. located on the street level near the east side of Adelaide St. entrance/ exit. Please note that when private rentals are in session, the FCP Gallery will be closed to the public.

For more than 15 years, fashion and wardrobe specialist Cathy DeSerranno has been First Canadian Place's Shopping Consultant. Services have been expanded to meet the growing needs of business professionals today. In addition to personal one-on-one consultations, she also offers group seminars and presentations, and she can assist businesses with developing and presenting corporate dress code policies.
