Epikourion

First Canadian Place, 100 King Street West
416-362-6781

Twenty-three centuries ago the Greek philosopher Epikourus advised us to live simply but well, to love wholeheartedly, and to enjoy life’s pleasures to the fullest at every opportunity.

When Jim Antonopoulos opened Epikourion in 1979 he wanted his restaurant to honour Epikourus’s ideals. He hoped that his customers would come to consider a mid-day meal at Epikourion as one of life’s finer pleasures.

Come to Epikourion for lunch, leave the day’s concerns behind – if only for a little while.Enjoy your dining companions while you enjoy superb traditional specialties such as Greek antipasto, roast lamb, souvlaki and Greek salad. When you’ve finished your meal you’ll know the wisdom of Epikourus’s philosophy.
