Unbelievable!! Having only an idea as to what I thought my mother would enjoy, the ladies at Birk's First Canadian Place came up with the Perfect gift for christmas. I highly recommend this as the place to visit when you need a great idea, and appreciate a staff that is there for the customer.
I agree with everyone, the service at Birks FCP location is THE BEST. you feel the warmth when you enter the store. staff is very informed and professional.
